A just energy transition requires reimagining both the energy sector and the economy it supports. Community-driven energy models demonstrate that inclusion strengthens resilience but policy frameworks like the Just Energy Transition Investment Plan fall short of addressing the intersecting vulnerabilities of women, low-income households, and marginalised communities.
