This paper, also prepared in advance of the 2025 Annual Policy Dialogue, focuses on international tax justice. It advocates for a fairer and more inclusive global tax system, including through support for a UN Tax Convention, minimum tax standards, and strengthened capacity for domestic resource mobilisation.
