The AUDA-NEPAD Africa Policy Bridge Tank Programme, the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA), the Institute for Global Dialogue (IGD) and the Institute for Pan-African Thought and Conversation (IPATC) are honoured to invite you to the T20 Africa High-Level Policy Dialogue under the theme: “Strengthening African Agency in the G20 within the Emerging Global Order”.

Keynote speaker
H.E. Paul Mashatile
Deputy President of the Republic of South Africa
This two-day event will convene policymakers, leading African think tanks, academics and international experts. It will aim to amplify African voices, stimulate robust policy discussions and generate well-informed, Africa-centric policy recommendations. The event will address Africa’s priorities, including economic growth, sustainable development and global governance reforms.
South Africa’s Deputy President Paul Mashatile will deliver a keynote address on Day 1 of the event.
Given the critical importance of 2025, with South Africa hosting the G20 and the African Union (AU) as a newly admitted G20 member, this dialogue provides an opportune platform to advance the continent’s growth, democracy and security in global decision-making.
